Your next shoot starts here.
Aurore is the tool we run KJC with: the curated casting library, and everything it takes to prepare a shoot. Everyone we work with has their own space in it.
The same row, from both ends.
The fiche a performer fills in is the card we open when we are casting. Here are three moments of a shoot, seen from each side.
You fill it in once: identity, craft, languages, two photos framed 4:5. A 6-digit code lands in your inbox and you are in, so there is no password to lose.
It becomes a card in the library, filtered by craft, city and availability. Your data is read by the KJC team when we are casting, and by nobody else.
A call has a public page. You apply from your phone in a couple of minutes, and you can see where your application stands.
Applications land on a board and get triaged into New, Yes, Maybe and No. The ones we keep go into the library and stay there for the next film.
Your dates, your role and the address arrive in your space. Nothing to chase, and nothing to read twice.
We lock the crew day by day, and the dates go out to everyone on them at once.
Everything a film needs before the first day.
Script notes taken straight on the PDF, locations with their scouting photos, the shooting calendar, and the documents of the film in one safe place.
The assistant is threaded through it.
Marius reads what the production gives him and answers with what it actually knows. He lives inside Aurore, and also over iMessage and Slack.
Ours today, other productions next.
Aurore runs our own films, which is the only way we know whether a feature survives a shoot. We are opening it to other production companies slowly, starting with the ones we already work with.
